We are a mixed religion family, so over the years I've tried to learn about Jewish holidays through Jewish baking. This page is an attempt to put links to my most successful Passover recipes all in one place.
The Passover Brownies are excellent!
Recipe from Karen R. -- Very good.
Passover Chocolate Chunk Bars
We like these too.
Unleavened Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ina Garten's Giant Coconut Macaroons from Food Network.
We've toyed with this one over the years. It's still a favorite when it comes to flourless
Peanut Butter Cookies.
Our family's favorite Matzo Crunch recipe. This is a small batch, but you may find yourself making it over and over! I do.

Thanks, Anna, I just logged on to figure out what to make for dessert. I made a sponge cake last night and when I turned the pan upsidedown for it to cool, the cake actually slipped right out of the pan and collapsed, so I'm desperate and stressed out for a replacement, I think maybe the chocolate hazelnut cake.
Happy Passover to those who celebrate!

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
I moved to a small town recently, so not only have I been unable to find most of my Passover staples, but I'm now living with my vegetarian Methodist husband. Translation - anything I can eat, he can't and vice versa.

Cindy, thanks! I found the link. I'm sure they're great since they're from KA.
