National Oatmeal Cookie Day

April 30 is National Oatmeal Cookie Day, so here are ten of my best oatmeal cookie recipes. It's not a complete list, but it's a good start. The list includes mostly "basic" type oatmeal cookies plus a few oatmeal chocolate chip cookies such as the Rocky Mountains. I'm leaving out Monster Cookies because even though they are oatmeal, they're really peanut butter cookies. I'm also leaving off bars. Here's the list!
