It's been years since I posted a photo of these Tin Tie Bags, and they are still one of my favorite ways to store and share cookies. I have always ordered them from Paper Mart, though now you can find them on Amazon as well.
Tin Tie Bags, which are like the bags that hold coffee beans, are great for cookies because the inside is lined with wax. They're also a lot of fun to decorate! You can order them in brown or white.

Anna, I just ordered 100 of the window ones - how great, thanks for posting.
I was wondering if you knew of a website that has the paper loaf molds for baking quick breads.

What a great idea! I've been just putting them on paper plates that are cheap and ugly. This is such a wonderful packaging idea for gifts.

I've never been to a Potbelly Sandwich Works, but a friend told me they were really good.

We use almost the exact thing to package our fresh cookies at Potbelly Sandwich Works here in Madison, WI... so I'm sure the Austin location would use those, too!

I've been eying the cookie bags/boxes that Martha launched at Michaels. I like the cupcake boxes too, but I'll wait for one of those coupons before trying them out. The bags/boxes look pretty sturdy though!

Thanks for the reminder! I need to start getting my recipes organized so that I'll be prepared come baking season. I can't wait to make that almond toffee. Everyone loves it more than I could possibly express in a comment box.
