Kahlua Fudge is a recipe from my friend Tracy. Tracy says this is from an old Kahlua pamphlet. It's been on my radar for years and I still haven't tried it.
Kahlua Fudge
1 ⅓ cup sugar
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
⅔ cup evaporated milk (5 oz can)
¼ cup butter
¼ cup Kahlua
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate pieces
1 cup milk chocolate pieces
⅔ cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
Line 8" square baking pan with foil. In 2 qt. saucepan, combine sugar, marshmallow creme, milk, butter, Kahlua and salt. Bring to rapid boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add all chocolate. Stir until melted. Add nuts and vanilla. Turn into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm. To serve, cut into squares. Makes about 2 ¾ lbs.

YUMMY! And it looks so easy too!
Thanks for sharing, we just got a new bottle of Kahlua, so I'm definitely trying this! 🙂

I ALWAYS make my fudge using the evap milk and marshmallow cheat. And people always rave about it, and I don't have to worry about getting the temperature of the sugar right and grainy consistency, etc. It makes the best holiday gifts.
My favorite though is when I split the mixture and do half chocolate chips, half pnut butter chips and have 2-layer fudge - yummy!

How weird - I was going to try your Bailey's brownies today but didn't want to splurge for a bottle. So I came to your blog to search for a Kahlua brownie recipe and voila! Cool! And thanks.

I bet this would be good with Frangelico (instead of Kahlua) and chopped hazelnuts.
