Focaccia Recipes
A fun recipe that I don't make often enough is Focaccia Muffins. These were inspired by some colorful focaccia rolls I saw at Mariano's in Chicago. The recipe I use most of all is an old one from gourmet called Rosemary Focaccia. It's baked in a 9 inch square pan, so it's a relatively small (but not too small!) batch.
