Pecan Pies

Welcome the the Pecan Pie Archive where I've sneakily hidden all the Cookie Madness Pecan Pies.  Ah ha!  You found them.

I really thought I had more than 20 pecan pie recipes, so I may have deleted some.  That's probably a good thing.  But like everything else, there are variations and different ways to make it, and it's kind of fun experimenting.

Here are some recommendations to help you get started.

This page has two of my old favorites, both of which are very rich and include butter and cream.  Some people actually find buttery pecan pie to be too rich, but c'est la vie.  The second pie on the page is the one I made growing up, so if you knew me when I was 14 and have been looking for that recipe...
