Peanut Butter Cookies

My dog offered to help take better photos of the Outrageous Peanut Butter Cookies, so he's working on that. The Half Batch Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars are there because I keep forgetting about them and they are SO good. Of all these, Small Batch Monster Cookies are tied with the School Lunch Peanut Butter Cookies as favorites.

The One Bowl Oatmeal Raisin Cookies is not really a small batch, but it's one of my favorites and I need to scale it down.

Small Batch Molasses and Spice Cookies

Biscotti

The Eggnog Flavored Biscotti smells so good while baking. Small Batch Whole Grain Almond are surprisingly tasty with the coconut sugar, but you can make them without. Apologies for the Biscotti Thins not being super small batch, but the recipe is really easy to scale and the texture is unique.
