creamy peanut butter, sweetened type (like Jif)

cup
sugar
(130 grams)

teaspoon
vanilla extract

half & half (fat free works fine)
⅓
cup
mini peanut butter cups or peanut butter filled pretzels
Instructions
With a handheld mixer, beat together the peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla.
With mixer on the lowest speed (or you can do it by hand), beat or stir in the half & half.
Chill until very cold, then churn in your ice cream maker following manufacturers' directions.
