Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line two baking sheets with Silpats or parchment paper.
Stir flour and baking soda together and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars until light. Beat in the egg, vanilla and salt until very smooth. Stir in flour mixture, then stir in chips and walnuts.
Scoop by heaping tablespoons (50 grams each) onto cookie sheets leaving room for the cookies to spread. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
