1poundsemisweet or milk chocolate for melting or use "Almond Bark" or Ghirardelli melting wafers
Instructions
Grind the Oreos in a food processor to make crumbs.
Add the softened cream cheese gradually, pulsing until mixed.
Remove processor bowl and use a 1 tablespoons size (small) scoop to scoop mounds. Put the scooped mounds on plates lined with parchment and chill until very cold or freeze.
When ready dip, melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave using 50% power and stirring every 30 seconds.
Set the cold truffles on a parchment lined tray and drizzle chocolate over or use your favorite dipping or molding method.
